I love Laurel and Hardy. We used to watch their movies as a special treat in elementary school, then, if we were really good, we'd get to watch them backwards. Oh, how we laughed!
While my favorite movie by these comic geniuses is The Music Box, this one is good, too. Laurel and Hardy trick their wives into letting them go to a lodge convention. Needless to say, it doesn't quite go as planned.

it's probably because you grew up in the age of vhs instead of movie reels.
still, it's truly sad. check one out of the library, because you really should see one, if only to be cinematically literate.
